I wish we would do that here in the states, if for nothing else than the discipline. As an 18 Yo in basic, it changed me forever in a good way.

As a parent of three military children, I commend this program. I believe all teenagers need structure, guidance and discipline.. sadly many don’t get it at home that’s why trouble is so easy for them to get into.

Funny thing is, I was born in France! I went through basic in USAF and when I got home, there was a letter from French consulate telling me to report for duty in French Military:) Had to give up duel citizenship and provide docs to get out of it. LOL.
