probably because its literally coming to netflix a week later, if this was only a theatrical release, MAYBE it could've done more.

Thought it was a streaming only release. If Netflix cared about the box office they did a bad job marketing it as such.

They don't care though. Johnson probably had some clause in his contract they it needed a theatrical release. The only stuff they market for the big screen is anything they hope will get Oscar buzz.
