Back on subject: Conduct rules at work can change. Unions made a big difference in growing the middle class by bucking rules. We’re still fighting pay inequality. What you want is for people to just comply. Change doesn’t happen that way.

Sorry, I thought we were talking about labor issues. This isn’t a free speech issue. The constitution only protects free speech from government. This isn’t a constitutional issue.

If employers allow racists to do those things, there are other ways to deal with that. Boycott. The hope is that human decency wins. Don’t assign motives to me. It’s not your place.
