If you're packing an already illegal sawed-of shotgun, do you really think a church buy-back is going to make you change your mind? C'mon. This is what conservatives call "step one." Buy back, then confiscation.

Do you know what an "Amnesty Barrel" is? If the weapon is ALREADY illegal, make it easier to turn that ILLEGAL weapon in. Makes great sense from a policing standpoint, we do it in the Army. Did it coming out of Iraq in 1991.
