What everyone seems 2 forget, is 1 of the 1st questions on a form for a VISA to enter the U.S. from abroad, is (paraphrasing) "Are you a Criminal?" When your VERY FIRST ACT INTO THIS COUNTRY is breaking our immigration laws, it DISQUALIFIES them form legally being in the country!
