Poor guy had zero chance to survive. I don't think I could have following the exacting nature of that cop's instruction stone cold sober. Straight up manslaughter if you ask me. Those cops should never touch a gun again.

"Those cops should never touch a gun again" The cop who shot him should never breath free air again. He should be tried.

Oh right, the cop said it so the cop can then do it. Actual threat assessment be damned. Cool story.

You can tell he’s using his training... poor training. How do we protect ourselves from police?

That was one of the worst things I have ever seen in my life. That poor kid. Was he even guilty of anything but being scared?????????????

PS that cop should never be allowed to put his hands on a weapon again. I don't care what he was thinking.

The police officer was clearly angry and not under control emotionally. This is a tragedy and miscarriage of justice. Why not just walk over and cuff the kid rather than making him follow those asinine instructions.
-
And by the way, there was no boogie man in the room either. It was empty, so the police office doesn't have to be "scared" anymore.
