Of course the D ran states are going to vote NO..they are afraid that the light will shine on the fact that STATE and LOCAL taxes screw the poor / middleclass the worst..and D states are the worst for SALT taxes...kinda blows off their little guy champions mask they wear.

That's because the D's run your State..the high taxes screw the middleclass...why should the fed subsidize high NY state and local taxes? Maybe the D's in NY need to stop taxing the crap out of the middleclass for their incompetent spending..
