It wasn't GROWTH. Growth requires a starting point and new jobs. Not jobs that already existed and are being re-filled. Not including, of course, the layoffs that have occurred since June 12, the date of this survey, because of things backing up due to too much too soon.

No sir what we have are the people who lost those jobs in March rejoining the workforce. We haven’t created any new jobs. We are rehiring our former employees back. Big difference.
