This is a huge problem in NYC with the rise of the homeless pop....many have been complaining and holding protests. They are opening up these "all men" shelters of the very worst in school zones. Then the politicians try to say the poor Mothers and their children....No --> $$$$

How about the NYPD sets up a sting stakeout. They get a 5’2” policewoman dressed up as an old White lady. Then juice it up as a Jewish lady. Then this old lady decoy walks down the gang neighborhoods. Then thugs arrive to do their usual assault. But then a dozen cops arrest them.
