if being armed is a drunk guy with a taser running away shouldn't all martial artists and physical combat experts resisting arrest be shot on site? it's about the same logic

Any half-way competent police officer would have known the man was drunk. Why didn’t the police officer just offer to call a cab to take the man some place?

he was armed with what police say is a non lethal device" what they use on ordinary citizens and he was fleeing when he fired it and was shot in the back it was murder just like I cant chase down a home invader fleeing and kill them. I would get charged for murder same here .
