Then, whatever bad things happen after the drop home will b blamed on the cops -- hypothetically cld range frm nothing 2 reemerging in another vehicle & crashing 2 murder- regardless cops will be blamed. Ppl will say he shldve been held & bcause he wasn't this bad thing happened

Good perspective as usual, Herman. I would only add that 8 seconds elapsed from the moment Brooks punched the officer in the face to the moment Brooks fired his taser at the lead officer. And one second elapsed between that moment and when the trailing officer fired his weapon.

As a life long resident I'm appalled that passed out is "sleeping" drunk driving is now ok, as is wrestling an officer for a weapon & due process is termination before any investigation Would he be a hero if his "nap" had been 1000ft away on 75/85 Shame on you Mayor
