That was no ‘mistake’. That very first cluster in the Washington State nursing home was all over the news for more than a week. Everyone in America *knew* that it was really bad if COVID got in a nursing home. And Cuomo deliberately chose to implement his policy anyway.

I don’t know how another law would have prevented this. Our government is too big now and has too many laws. The solution is to vote out Democrats who have control problems and fascist tendencies.
