No 9/11 lessons learned here. New York and especially NYC should have had least 60/90 day stockpile of essentials at the ready at all public and private medical facilities. At the very least Cuomo/de Blasio and all post 9/11 officials are incompetent or derelict!
I guess this is better than telling everyone to stay locked down for another 18 months like the worst of the doom-and-gloomers want to do.
