Unfortunately, we’ll have to go in debt more given this crisis. I just hope & pray the $ will be spent wisely. All this spending should be closely accounted for! Very unfortunate this pandemic occurred. Silver lining is we’ll bring pharmaceuticals & medical mfg back to US!

Herman: Please comment on my observation (which could be faulty) that businesses have access to insurance for interruption of their business. If so, why should we incur enormous debt to cover their interruptions for them?
