Same with the Reagan tax cuts. I have argued with people that tell me with a straight face face that Reagan's "trickle down" tax cuts didn't work, except I was THERE and watched them work marvelously! These people will lie and even if you catch them, they will just double down.

How about the sky rocketing debt? Does that sound like a positive? Or have you forgotten the end result of the same failed economic policies of the Bush 43 administration? I guess it's a bonus to have a permanently short memory!

Those who were not paying taxes did not get a tax cut. You could even say millions of unemployed were forced to pay taxes...they became employed then had to pay taxes!
