I’m not a big FB fan, but I do commend Zuckerberg for taking his stance on free speech!! The idiots that think it would be Facebooks job to ferret out advertising lies is ludicrous. For one thing who is the all knowing in what is a lie!!!

A private tech company is free to decide its own rules regarding use. Facebook =/= the Constitution. Are y'all really that thick? Neither Twitter nor Facebook is required to allow or disallow anything they want (barring illegal activity, which lies are NOT, except in a court).

Correct. The decisions the leaders of these social media companies need to make is what's best for their companies. It's complicated and not obvious as to how those decisions will play out.
