if we had not gone into Iraq in 2003 then ISIS would have toppled it in 2013. The Iraqi army that defended Baghdad was trained, motivated, and loyal to Iraq (not the leader, but the country). the Iraqi army under Saddam would have cut and run and ISIS would still be here today
