The problem is that the members of the unions never have and could not do the work of management. That is not prejudice speaking. I worked as both a union factory worker and an engineer in the same factory. The work involved in managing the plant is difficult and complex.

I would compliment him for being honest about himself! I respect an honest opponent Vs a dishonest ally. But I disagree with the basis of his argument.
