Why have so much red tape & pay per procedure ? Medicaid should pay doctors and hospital for 100% all labor , operating costs, & no more doctor malpractice insurance let government pay that expense. Doctors will earn more!

Bernie is old enough to know Medicare was designed for Seniors. Since Medicaid is part of Medicare it is difficult to sustain as it is & he Knows we can't put every human being on the planet on Medicare? Insane. Besides, who wants Government controlling ANY part of our lives?
