Know why this is also a win for the American tech workers that lose their jobs to outsourcing HB1? With higher degrees, comes higher salaries. Now I can compete better with people from other countries but have higher degrees and want more pay.

Will the advanced degrees be verified or accepted at face value as has been the case for decades? Some of them are bogus. How about testing/vetting those “advanced degrees” to see if they measure up to expectations?
