Ah "implicating." So... You didn't really read what I said. You saw what you wanted to see, and were predisposed to assume. I don't want anything to 'force' her to retire. I want her to be happy and healthy for years to come. I also want her off the bench.

Having had experience enough with those in their 80s it’s time to slow up regardless how good you feel. Falls can be the start of the end. Ruth can consider herself lucky she didn’t have more damage than she has. Hope she recovers fast and decides to retire. Time to slow up.
