I love this! I think we could do without 2/3 of them. The Government needs to downsize anyway. Tighten our belts. They make an average of $84,000+ per year anyway. That does not include their health care.

My husband is a hardworking RN at the West Palm VA. He’s been there 17 years. He is also a veteran. He saw very few raises during the Obama years. He deserves a pay increase.

Tuff call. I work at a VA hospital and I am a vet. I don't make great money, but it's ok. The benefits are good. Some are need rasies, others need cut backs. Tuff to do it all justice. I am in favor of merit/performance based compensation. I could have used the 1.2%.
