In reality, Herman, we don't know as a fact that he ever did. They do this all the time, build a reality, a whole world, on an allegation, with absolutely no proof in evidence. At least that's a trial lawyer's perspective.

The alternative is pro abortion, for open borders, high taxes and curtailing religious liberty.
