I hope law enforcement sees these very threatening & despicable tweets. This guy needs a knock on his door. He also needs serious psychological help. This is outrageous. Why is Twitter allowing this?!
I can only assume they agree with it. They ban people who say things that cross their line. I guess this doesn't.

I’ve never felt the need or desire to report a tweet considering the 1st Amendment rights that we are all privileged to have in this great Country. I went to Peter’s page. There are several similar tweets. He’s on a rant. I attempted to report them. We’ll see what happens.
