what if did get it twice? Got the email 2 times and got 2 different codes
We are aware some players did not get their Twitch Drops after watching the streams this weekend. Please submit a support ticket if you believe you qualified for drops but didn't receive them. You can do so by going to In-game support > I have an item issue > Missing itempic.twitter.com/WcWhuFWxN9

The in-game support doesn't have those options. The closest it has are: Item Assistance > I Lost My Item or Item Assistance > I Can't Get the Item I Need/Want Both of those options require you to provide item details and info by right clicking on an item in your inventory, though

Apologies for the confusion. In-game support is the option on the web portal when submitting a ticket.

This is my 2nd post here, no answer to my first. I did finally find the spot to put ticket in for pet I'm missing. It wasn't where you said, it was under Quests, but it wouldn't let me submit it. Submit button was grayed out. I typed less detail, I typed more detail & nothing
