If you compare to 2015 share of vote it seems about right to me. Not that I disagree with your overall assessment that LDs are fucked.

Labour got 25% in NES in 2015. I'm told that Lib Dems finished 1st in Bath constituency. Also finished 2nd across the whole of bristol.

If we had PR I'd say fair enough but in the system we have some degree of compromise is necessary.

They are responsible too but you must be able to see that electing corbyn has had a direct impact on it too

If the main opposition party picks an unelectable leader and the torys win a 200 majority they are responsible for that outcome

Personally I can't wait for corbyn supporters to blame absolutely everyone for the disaster except themselves
