    I think your the one with interpretation problems. Brees didn’t mention race or police issues once in his statement. He did not mention support for either side, just respect for the flag.

    Wrong. Brees folded because of the backlash. He told us his opinion about how he felt about his grandfathers, the flag and our country. His teammates were unable to understand that love of country does not mean you are a racist. That’s the world we live in.
