    President Montgomery makes over $450k per year plus a super generous benefits package...

    Our working conditions are our students' learning conditions, and so far WMU admin has seemed largely uninterested in improving either! Why is WMU admin more interested in paying exorbitant admin salaries and outside consultants than it is in fairly paying its instructors?
