Thank you for digging deeper. Also, you need to give yourself more credit. It's likely your drafting played a larger role. You're not wrong about Millicent. You're definitely undervaluing AF Kay though.
Also, your opponent got unlucky on Junkbot. Cause a triple has 10 health. I've never lost to a Rag when I draft Junkbot. Though I rarely see a Rag in top 4.

Oh, I'm not undervaluing AFK, she is top tier for sure. What I'm saying is if I make it to Final 2 with Rag against AFK, Millificent, Patchwerk, etc., I have a hero power that does something. Rag is still average, but he has more upside than people think

What I mean by undervalue is that AF Kay increases your chances of making the final significantly more than Rag. Especially if you have a strong grasp of the rest of the game. Which you clearly do.
