You don't get fat from eating too much food, but rather from eating too little - of the rich, fatty, satiating fresh natural foods like meat, fish, dairy and non-beige veg. Lacking them, you'll snack yourself to death. Literally.

Maybe I'm an exception, but when I was a baby my mother fed me on breast milk food the first 9 months of my life. And she did the same for my 4 siblings. It's almost as if we were designed to consume milk, and thrive on it.
