I recently dipped my toe in the c# water following a Microsoft tutorial and found that the play button doesn’t work, I had to choose “run without debugger” from some menu to make my hello world app run. Which was fun

There's lots of stuff like this. Zombie dotnet processes and pdb file lockouts blocking building are a problem too.
