White people came to this country, violently removed the native people, and did exactly that. If you watched the video, then you would realize that the founders of this town explicitly state that “we don’t intend for it to be exclusively black.”

She uh, didn’t say it was exclusively black. This might come as a shock to you but uh, other demographics already do that (China Town, Little Italy, etc etc)

Uh she did say they plan to actively discriminate and not allow anyone who's not pro-black, uh I've heard of Harlem too and "gentrification"
