If $19M in rental assistance is not real relief I don’t know what is. Does it satisfy all the needs, no. And neither does a grace period where the financial hole for people gets bigger and bigger. Cities need additional help from US Senate and State. st

This is just putting money in the pockets of landlords. It's ludicrous to believe that there won't be a financial hole if you plug it with another $19million to be used up in 30 minutes. This is not a sustainable solution and damn right it is not enough. Try harder.
