How is repealing regulation giving the government more power? This would actually extend the citizen’s 1st Amendment to include free speech online aka the modern public square. Also, if a company is publicly traded then it’s not really private now is it?

It takes away the right of a citizen to censor on their website. If it's your website you should have the right to do what you want with it. The government shouldn't be able to force you to not do something. I think if a company has government funding then they shouldn't be

I should’ve been more clear. Social media sites (Twitter, Fb, etc...), where people communicate in a general fashion and where public servants hold accounts, should not be able to censor, suppress or ban people who aren’t breaking the laws of the country where the site’s from.
