It's all caught on camera here, why is it "allegedly" for Mr. Berry, but not "allegedly" for the actions of the crew? You're showing implicit bias by giving him the benefit of the doubt that you don't extend to the crew.

Why have the crew been suspended? They have a duty to protect themselves and other passengers.

Suspended is an inappropriate word. Any time there's an incident (someone dying on board, a fight, etc), the whole crew gets removed from their schedule to recover emotionally and while the whole thing is investigated. Takes a week to 10 days. They still get paid.
