Claimants can still block monetization or the video itself, but timestamps help you edit out the claim.

yeah but it still does not work. since some claimants have given false email addresses in the claims. So there is no way to contact them, and only they can remove the claims.

Yes, it's far from a perfect solution. But it should help deter most of these 3rd parties that claim music on behalf of other companies solely for the purpose of claiming the ad revenue.
