    Det unika här är att uppvaknandet kommit sent, och att det krävts journalistisk ihärdighet under ett år för att få till stånd en offentlig utredning. Sverige har haft flest adoptioner per capita i världen, men väldigt lite diskussion om de mörka sidorna.

    A new low in the wave of antifeminism in S.Korean politics: After an MP bemoaned of recent gruesome killings of women by partners, the leader of the 2nd-largest pol. party accused her of "generalizing" all men, likening her plead to stop killing women to "racism" &"antisemitism."

    Worth watching, and well said. South Korea isn't just about glitzy K-pop, beauty, and technology. It's also a suffocating country for so many incl. LGBTQ, everyday discrimination rampant. Thankfully some people are devoted to helping others in desperate need.

    I know this is in Korean but here's a vid of Edhi Park, one of the champions of LGBTQ+ rights in S. Korea. She's helped HUNDREDS of homeless queer youths & trans kids. 🇰🇷 is not just sparkling K-pop. It's also suffocating.

    Unmarried pregnant women abused in church-run homes in to get record-breaking compensation. Report shows infant mortality at the homes was high and most of the babies who survived were offered up for , often without full maternal consent.
