Thanks for replying. I appealed and explained I didn't know why I had been suspended, but I still haven't been given a reason and was told my account would remain suspended, and the help centre keeps coming up with error 400. Any further advice please?

We've checked and everything looks fine. Have you tried using a different device to check if that helps? Also, you should have received an email about the reason for the account termination with more info. Let us know.

I understand that, but I literally haven't even been given a reason for the suspension. If I can't get my account back then I'll accept that, but I at least need to know what exactly led to this. I've had the account for 8.5 years and I'm honestly devastated.
