The point here is that a Biden presidency doesn't make organizing the left any easier than Trump. In fact, it makes it harder... because every fascist thing Joe does will be covered up by centrists and generic media. The same way they did for Obama/DAPL.
Neither the Dems nor the GOP experienced any weakening of their duopoly, no loss of mandate, after both 2000 and 2016. What you are arguing is precisely what the Greens and their boosters argued before 2000 and 2016. Why should anyone expect that THIS time will be different?

Fred - I think you misunderstand my position. Which is: Both Trump and Biden are utter political evil, and would result in a continuation of the human rights violations they both stand for. As such, we are definitely best off boosting
#greenparty & refusing a mandate to both.

Any bonus damage we do to the Reps or Dems along the way... that's a plus, as well. And the more Green votes we garner, the better. 5%+ would be great.
