GoP is creating a SUPREME LEADER through 6-3 structure of the court. You wont need any president or congress any more. One that can veto any law by congress and Structure any existing law in favor of right wing platforms. Of course we need to go to 13.

It may be the only way to preserve basic equal rights fought hard to achieve over 100+ years. The GOP has one goal....roll back all policies aimed at equal rights for all, gun safety, and environmental protections at any cost.

As somebody who’s mostly concerned about institutions and finds himself on one side of the politics spectrum because the other side has abandoned that space, I agree. And even is institutions shatter and collapse, that’s preferable to seeing them subverted and perverted.

Lifetime appointments have to go for judges. Ten year terms. Increase SC to 21 judges so no one judge makes that big of a difference.
