You mean like people living on fixed incomes? The #environment? People with #disabilities? People on medicaid? People who don't make enough to afford #insurance for themselves or their children? Do they count too for "vulnerable?" You talk a good talk, you vote with the powerful.
As a former U.S. Attorney, I worked on cases dealing w/ child exploitation & abuse, & I know first-hand how absolutely necessary it is that our laws protect the most vulnerable.
