The Concealed Carry Reciprocity Act of 2017 is about safety. It ensures law-abiding citizens who are qualified to carry concealed firearms in 1 state can also carry in other states that allow residents to do so. #2A

The Concealed Carry Reciprocity Act of 2017 does not arm criminals. If someone is a criminal who is prohibited from purchasing or possessing a firearm, nothing in the bill would allow that person to purchase or possess a firearm.

I’ve never seen someone vote along w their party despite the loud protests of their constituents quite like you do Ms. Brooks. 2018 is coming.

2018 #1nDone. I am starting to like the title "Former Congressperson" and "Former Senate" of the great Hoosier State of Indiana.

Tell that to the widow of the physician killed in a home invasion in Eagle Creek last week. You should be working to FIX gun violence, not expand it.

Why are you focusing energy on making sure people can have guns instead of passing laws that help prevent gun violence? This act should be nowhere near the top of the priority list when so many mass shootings have happened

Wow. Susan’s on a role tonight...advocating for a gun policy that makes citizens and law enforcement LESS safe and making the ridiculous claim that 45’s Jerusalem policy will bring about peace. Clueless, reckless or both?! Either way...#VOTEHEROUT!

No but now they can legally carry in states where we we have stronger laws than their home states. Stop misleading your folks.

So someone buys a gun 20 years ago and does something that would make him ineligible later on and the state does not require a background check for conceal carry then you have allowed a ineligible person to carry in 50 states. #federalism #federalovereach

This is contradictory to traditional republican arguments if states rights. What makes this issue different? NRA $$$?
