Today, my colleague @RepLoisFrankel & I sent a #bipartisan letter to Secretary of State Mike Pompeo urging him to ensure that women are included in Afghan peace negotiations.

This letter was written in response to recent discussions between the U.S. & the Taliban aiming for a peace agreement, which Afghan women were not represented in any of those discussions.
