The academy provides an opportunity to build skills &understanding of best practices for how to keep students, teachers, administrators &staff safe. We must continue to examine even more carefully the steps we can &should take to redouble our efforts to secure our schools in IN.
Heres a new idea, Allow able-bodied maintenance/custodians to be armed, they know the school grounds better than anyone, are always around in the building, and probably more able to protect the kids than most teachers
