Currently, pursuing & managing federal broadband resources is overly burdensome for small businesses & communities as they search & manage multiple federal agencies’ application processes.

How about spending the billions that states and the feds collect in end user fees and taxes (originally levied specifically to deliver broadband to underserved areas, but now being spent on walls and tax cuts for the 1%) on ACTUALLY delivering broadband to underserved areas?
