He was a staunch advocate for women & girls through his dedication to the passage of Title IX, ensuring all women had equal opportunities in education. Bayh made monumental contributions to IN & our country, so much so that the Federal Courthouse in Indianapolis bears his name.

I wonder what Mr. Bayh thought about Title IX having been bastardized thru Obama's 2011 Dear Colleague Letter, turning college campuses into kangaroo courts, biased against our young men - who are being expelled or suspended by their colleges at an alarming rate based on hearsay.
