    I know . She is my friend. What Trump is saying is a dangerous fabrication. Rashida and her family are Palestinian. And she said it gave her great peace to know that her people provided a land of refuge for oppressed Jews. Not that the Holocaust gave her peace!

    Not sure I get the hostility because I disagree on the . I personally don’t believe it will do anything to solve this issue and only serves to reinforce sexist stereotypes. The unglamorous, heavy lifting of grassroots activism is the answer. Just like with gun safety.

    Thanks for sharing but after hearing from so many, it sounds like sex trafficking & consensual sex work have been lumped together. This article explains how sex workers’ lives have been negatively impacted post-FOSTA in their own words.

    Sex work is a job just like any other, but its criminalization exposes sex workers to discrimination, abuse & exploitation. Talking about it is the first step to reducing the stigma, but decriminalization is the only way to implement safeguards to protect those in this industry.
