Not having governors, GOP legislatures, etc to rig the key swing states that Trump lost in 2020, Republicans cannot win enough states to get an electoral college win in 2024. It's over. And thats why you're seeing the GOP implode even though they could still win the House.

2. Use state legislatures to throw out electoral college votes for Biden and give the GOP the electoral college win.
Thanks to Democratic turnout in these 2022 midterms and voting down ballot, we won too many of those pivotal races for that to be a viable strategy.
