The three days @Sus_MDPI gives one to re-review a paper after major revision is too little time. Realistically, I only consider two options then: accept or reject, as another revision would require too much detailed justification. #peerreview
Dear All, Generally, we ask reviewers if they could provide report within 10-14 days. However, if they need more time, we are always happy to wait for as long as it takes.

Only for 1st review, 2nd round it's three days. And yes, it's possible to take longer, but when there is a deadline, you tend to orient yourself towards it (otherwise there is no need for a deadline)

In this email we also say: "If you need more time to check the revised version, please let the editorial office know". We will always wait as long as it takes, but we prefer to be informed so we can provide authors with valid information.
