    The upcoming Contenders season (Season 3) will be held completely online with no LAN playoffs or finals. In addition, only academy teams will be retaining their spot going into Season 4. All non-academy teams will have to re-qualify for Season 4 regardless of Season 3 placing.

    T2 Contenders prize pool lowered. All regions team count reduced. NA team count increased. Only 2 seasons. Prizing goes to top only. No LAN. Non-academy team that wins might not get in next season and have to trial again.

    Sources: Washington DC GM Kate has been offering OWL jobs and then retracting the offers. She verbally agreed to give Harsha a Ast Coach job at DC. He then quit SF and received no job. This also happened to LNL players. Watch here for in depth info:
